Sleek & Steel Lounge

Most of our catios are built with wood framing, but our client asked if we could use steel. Her East-facing, fully covered patio made it a great fit! We framed the space in powder-coated black steel, with perforated steel panels along the bottom and welded wire mesh up top for visibility and airflow. Inside, two long custom steel shelves give the cats plenty of vertical space to lounge and explore.

Steel is a more premium material option and does come at a higher cost, but in the right setting, it can be worth the investment.
